House now 2 shops. Circa 1780 with early C20 and late C20 shop fronts. Flemish bond
brick with ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof with stone gable copings. 3 storeys,
3 bays x 2 in left return to Saville Street. House door at left of bay 2. Older
shop has corner window of curved glass and bracketed fascia. Round-headed first-
floor centre window with pilasters and keystone; wedge lintels with false keystones
to other first floor windows, plain wedge lintels on second floor. Varied glazing,
mostly sashes, 2 with glazing bars. Second floor cill band. Eaves gutter board.
Hipped roof with end brick chimneys.
