2 houses, the rear of nos 5 and 6 Dawson Square (q.v.) Circa 1840. Brick with ashlar
dressings; Welsh slate roof. Basement, 3 storeys and attics; 3 bays each. Doors in
3rd basement bay; sash windows with wedge stone lintels and projecting stone sills.
Eaves gutter cornice. 3 round-headed dormer sash windows in each house.
