Watch club cottage. 1886-7; probably by C.T. Gomoszynski, Borough Engineer.
Weatherboarding on painted rendered plinth; Welsh slate roof with painted brick
chimney. One storey, 3 bays. Central glazed door in bargeboarded porch; 2-light
windows. Right return has sliding storm shutter to renewed window. Hipped roof.
Included for group value with Tynemouth Watch Club House.
