School, now club. Dated 1874 on lintel; at expense of Matthew Bell. Rock-faced
sandstone with ashlar quoins, plinth and dressings; Welsh slate roof with flat stone
gable copings. L-plan. One storey; main block 2 x 1 bays; lower porch at right;
2-bay left return with rear wing. Recessed door in chamfered stone surround in
set-back porch; 3-light windows in main block and 2-light in rear wing in similar
surrounds; drip mould and pointed heads to 3 lights in left return gable. 3 corniced
ashlar chimneys.
