Cooperage, now workshop. C18. Sandstone rubble ground floor, brick above, all
limewashed; Welsh slate roof with brick chimneys. 2 storeys; irregular fenestr-
ation with 3 ground-floor windows and 4 on first floor, all sashes, most renewed,
with late C19 glazing bars, in wide boxes. Fairly steeply pitched roof. Rear
first floor band. Outbuilding of sandstone rubble with Welsh slate roof being
restored at time of survey. Included for group value with Corner Tower, City
Road (q.v.).
