Cottage. C17, with mid/late C19 addition. Timber framed with plastered
infill; addition and one section of framing replaced in whitewashed brick.
Mid/late C19 tile roof with bands of fish-scale tiles; brick internal and end
stacks. 2-unit plan, extended to 3. One storey and attic with 2 dormers.
Ground floor has 4 windows and fire-window beside internal stack. Entrance
in C20 rear addition. C20 casements. Interior: Some exposed framing
and open fireplace with chamfered bressumer.
