Cottage. Early C18 with mid C19 outshut. Timber framed with white-washed
brick infill and brick. Old tile roof to front, C20 tile to rear. Big
brick external stack to left end, with windows in base. 2-unit plan. One
storey and attic with dormer. Brick outshut with catslide roof across part
of front includes porch with C20 door, and C19 plank door inside. C19 and C20
casements. Framed outshut at rear. Exposed framing to end wall and rear.
Interior almost wholly unaltered: Inglenook fireplace with 1930s cast iron
range, plank doors, quarter turn stairs.
