Pair of cottages. C17 or early C18. Timber framed with lath and plaster infill. Late C20 tile roof, formerly thatched, with brick ridge and end chimneys. Three-unit plan. One storey and attic, two-window range. Central C19 door. Ground floor has three C20 casements. Dormers with raking roofs and C19 casements. Entrance to No. 74 in right return side. Interior of No. 73: partly rearranged. Open fireplace, bressumer hidden by shelf. Said to have winder stairs. C20 additions to rear.
