Cottage. C17. Timber framed with lath and plaster and whitewashed brick infillj
partly underbuilt in brick with painted sham framing. Thatched half-hipped roof;
brick ridge stack with square shafts. Late C20 porch of whitewashed brick with
tile roof. 2-unit plan with C20 additions. One storey and attic; 2-window range.
C19 wood and iron casements with glazing bars or leaded lights. Attic with swept
dormers. Left return side has exposed framing with substantial timbers; jowled
posts and diagonal braces. Window to each floor. Additions to right and rear.
Interior not inspected.
