House, now flats. Mid C19 (VCH). Red brick with brick dentil cornice. Slate
hipped roof; brick stacks. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Sashes.
Ground floor has round-arched windows with decorative glazing; central window
possibly in place of a door. First and second floor windows under segmental
brick arches. Entrance in left return side has deeply recessed mid C20 glazed
double leaf doors. C20 casements to sides and rear. Site of ancient manor house
of Alcester.
