House. c.1830-1840. Colourwashed brick. Tile roof; no chimneys visible. L-plan.
2 storeys; 2-window range. 6-panelled door with overlight. Wood doorcase with
reeded pilaster strips. 16-pane sash with brick flat arch on ground floor. First
floor has 2 late C20 windows. Included for group value.
