Bridge. Said to be dated 1600 on south side. Widened later, probably C18, on
north side. Regular coursed lias. South side has some brick, arches partly and
western section entirely of brick. C18/early C19 red brick and late Cl9/early
C20 blue brick parapet. One main arch replaced in concrete. 3 main arches and 2
subsidiary arches each side; hump back. South side has one cutwater and remains
of another. Scheduled as an Ancient Monument.
