Former farmhouse. Early C19. Red brick with brick dentil cornice. Tile hipped
roof; brick ridge stacks. T-plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Central 5-panelled
door and overlight with decorative glazing and moulded and panelled wood
surround. Trellis porch. Tripartite sashes and narrower central windows, under
cambered brick arches. To rear: 3-storey, 2-storey and lower ranges have
casements with glazing bars. Interior not inspected.
