GV II

Small cottage. C17, extended C20. Timber framed with lath and plaster and
whitewashed brick infill. Thatch roof; large whitewashed brick external stack.
One-unit plan. One storey and attic; 2 ground floor windows. One window in place
of a door. Left return side has external stack with offsets. Attic casement. To
rear: French window. Interior said to have exposed framing. Large late C20
additions are not of special architectural interest.
