Claybrook Farmhouse


Stable and loosebox, now used as poultry housing. C18. Timber framed. Square
trading with brick infill and weatherboarding above. Old tile half-hipped roof.
line wide and one narrow bay. Plank door on right; blocked doorway on left
Hayloft door. Right return side has hayloft door. Interior: Stable has wooden
trough and retains of hayrack and wooden harness pegs. Part of plank partition.
Loosebox has remains of hayrack. Largely opened up into one space but retains
loft. Queen strut roof.
