GV II

Farmhouse, now house. Late C18/ early C19. Squared coursed ironstone; right
return side of red brick with dentil cornice. Slate double-span roof has coped
gable parapets; brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys and attic;
one-window range. Gables to street. Part-glazed flush 6-panelled door has
pedimented hood on shaped brackets. 2-light casement above. Gables have leaded
2-light windows. Casements mostly with glazing bars, have painted wood lintels
throughout. Low single-storey range on right has slate roof and brick stack;
lower right part has tile roof. End wall and rear of brick. Blocked doorway.
Lower range has double plank doors with painted wood lintel. Return sides have
3-light casements. Left side has late C20 windows on first floor. Rear of
single-storey range has basket arch doorway and 2-light leaded casement.
Interior not inspected.
