Farmhouse and attached mill. Datestone WP/1697. Coursed squared limestone
rubble. Steeply pitched red tile roof. Brick end and lateral stacks. 2 storeys
plus attic. Central entrance has partly-glazed and panelled door with moulded
wood surround and hood. Entrance is flanked by tall 2-light mullioned windows
with hood moulds and label stops. 2 similar windows at each end. All windows
have glazing lights. First floor has projecting casement bars with glazing bars
projecting casement bays with glazing bars. Central 2-light wood-mullioned
window with glazing bars and wood lintel. Single-storey mill extension to left:
limestone front with brick left end. Brick end stack. Plank door to right and
C20 window with wood lintel to left. House has 3 gabled roof dormers. Said to
have a cockpit in rectangular extension to rear. Interior not inspected.
