Public house. Mid C18. Squared coursed limestone with quoins and coped gables.
Slate roof with stone end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys plus attic; 2-window
range of C18 cross casements to first floor and ciq cross casements to ground
floor. Windows have stone flat arches. C20 one-storey brick extension. C20
glazed door within. Two C19 gabled dormers. 2 further cross casements to right
gable end, with worn datestone and moulded hood above. C20 one-storey stone
extension to rear. Interior: chamfered spine beam and large open fireplace with
chamfered bressumer. Included for group value.
