8/37 The Patch

House. Mid C18. Limestone ashlar and squared coursed rubble with quoins and
coped gables. Stone-slate and C20-tile roofs with stone and brick end stacks.
2-unit plan. 2 storeys plus attic; 3-window range of 16-pane 2-light casements
with stone flat arches. C20 glazed door with lean-to porch to centre. One C19
gabled dormer. Small C19 two-storey brick range to left. Interior not inspected
but likely to be of interest.
