Barn. Early C18. Squared coursed limestone with quoins and coped gables on moulded kneelers. Slate roof. Probably 4 bays, with large porch to centre, the
gable coped, with moulded kneelers and moulded ball finial to apex. Graduating
pigeon holes in gable, with diamond-shaped opening below. Basket-arched doorway
to centre, now blocked. Bays to either side of porch project forward until flush
with front, and have catslide roofs. Plank stable doors with segmental-arched
heads. Triangular-shaped ventilation holes in gable ends. Interior: noted as
having through-purlin roof. This building is situated on the parish and county boundary and is also listed in Chastleton parish, West Oxfordshire District.
