5/81 Long Compton Mill

Mill house and attached mill. Late C18 house and C19 mill. Square coursed
limestone with quoins. Mill has coped gables. C20-tile roof with brick ridge and
end stacks to house and stone end stack to mill. House is a 2-unit plan.
2-storey, 2-window range of C19 two- and three-light casements with wood lintels
and stone flat arches. C20 door. 2-storey mill to right has 3-light casements
with segmental heads. Two C19 plank doors with segmental heads. Further 3-light
casements with wood lintels to rear of house, Interior: house noted as having
chamfered spine beams.
