House. C17 origins. much altered mid C20. Coursed squared ironstone. Artificial slate roof; stone end and ridge stacks with C20 brick shafts. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys; 5-window range. Entrance between first and second bays has C20 leaded half-glazed door in shallow open fronted stone porch. C20 stone-mullioned windows to left and right have hood moulds; 3-light on ground floor, 2-light above, with single central light. On right 2-light C20 metal casements with glazing bars. Interior: hall has broad-chamfered ceiling beams. Fireplace has chamfered cambered bressumer. Included for group value.
