Shop, formerly house. Dated 1722, raised by a storey early C19. Squared, coursed
lias, rendered to front. Slate roof with brick end stacks. 3 storeys; 2-window
range. 2-unit plan. To centre a C20 glazed door with C19 canted shop front to
either side. Bracketted hood extends over door and shop front. To first floor
right a C18, sixteen-pane sash. To second floor right a 6-pane sash. To first
floor centre a moulded, painted datestone inscribed 'B/BM/1722'. Interior not
inspected.
