Farmhouse. C17, raised C19, Limestone ashlar with plinth and coped gable to
right. Slate roof with brick end stack. 2 storeys; 4-window range. 2-unit plan,'
To centre a 4-panelled door within chamfered stone surround. Stone porch with
entrance to left. To left and right a 3-light mullioned window with hood mould
and label stops. To first floor left and right a 2-light mullioned window. C19
stone, 2-storey, one-window range to right. Further 3-light mullioned windows
noted to rear. To left a C19, three-storey, 2-window range of brick, in Flemish
bond on stone plinth. Stone coped gables and slate roof. Brick ridge and end
stacks. To left a 6-panelled door with semi-circular brick arch. To first floor
left and right a wood canted bay with 16-pane sashes to front. To second floor
left and right a 16-pane sash with limestone surround. Attached to right a stone
outbuilding with slate roof. 2 bays. Large weatherboarded opening. Interior:
noted as having spine beams and open fireplace. Included for group value.
