Cottage. C17 to right, with C18 addition to left. Squared, coursed limestone and lias with thatch roof. Brick ridge and end stacks. Two storeys. Three-window range. Three-unit plan. To centre left a C20 plank door with gabled hood. To left, centre and right of both floors a C20 two-light casement with wood lintels.

Interior: chamfered spine beams with run-out stops. Further chamfered spine beams with bar stops. Queen strut roof trusses visible to first floor, the tie beam cut through, in C17 part of house. Original purlins in attic, and some original rafters.
