approx. 15m. NW of Manor house

GV II

Dovecote. C18. Brick, in Flemish bond, with some limestone. Tile roof. Two
storeys. The lower stage is of C18 brick, with some stone, with moulded wood
lintels to 2 sides. One corner incorporates an ashlar Doric column. To centre a
doorway. To left facade a wood window, the casement now gone. Second stage is of
brick, and has a wood doorway to rear. Interior: floor divides first and second
stage. Second stage has nesting boxes consisting of brick pillars interspersed
with stone slates. Roof has original purlins.
