GV II

House. Dated 1579, with C18/C19 and C20 additions and alterations. Coursed
squared ironstone. Concrete tile roofs nave coped gable parapet with moulded
kneelers on left; C18 brick and stacks. 2-unit plan extended to L-plan, with
wing on right to rear. 2 storey; 2 window range. Wide ground floor openings
with old painted wood lintels and central stone pier. Left opening has window
and mid C20 glazed door; right opening has 2 windows. Mid C20 metal 2-light
casements with horizontal glazing bars. First floor has 3-light C19 casements
with horizontal glazing bar. Painted rusticated flat arches. Interior not
inspected.
