House, now offices. Early C19. Rendered brick with plinth and bracketed eaves
cornice. Hipped slate roof with brick end stack. Central-staircase plan.
2-storey, 3-window range of 12-pane sashes with moulded stone surrounds.
Six-panelled double doors with decorative fanlight within porch with pilasters
and cornice. Further 12-pane sashes to sides and rear. C19 service range to
right, with C20 one-storey extension to rear. Interior: 4-panelled doors with
moulded architraves. Plaster cornices in hall and main rooms. 6-panelled doors
to first floor. Barley-sugar baluster staircase with turned baluster newel.
