GV II

House. Early C19. Rendered brick with plinth. C20-tile roof, hipped to right,
with brick ridge and end stacks. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys plus basement;
2-window range of 12-pane sashes with margin bars to ground and first floors and
6-pane sashes with margin bars to second floor. C19 door with plain overlight
within Ionic column and entablature surround, and approached by 4 stone steps.
Right facade has further 6-pane sashes and blind window openings. 6-panelled
door with fanlight within panelled surround. Attached to front of house, to
either side of steps, C19 wrought-iron railings on low stone railings base.
Interior not inspected but likely to be of interest.
