Cottage. Early C18. Rendered limestone rubble with thatch roof and brick end
stack. One storey plus attic; one-window range. One-unit plan. To centre a plank
door, flanked by 6-pane casements. C20 outshut behind. Interior: noted as having
large chamfered spine beam and chamfered floor joists.
