GV II

Outbuilding, possibly wing of former farmhouse. C17. Squared coursed ironstone,
with quoins and stone coped gable to left. Slate roof with stone end stacks, the
flues diagonally set. 2 storeys. One-window range. To right a plank door within
plain wood surround. To left of door, and to left of first floor a 3-light stone
mullioned window with iron bars, hood mould and label stops. To far left of
ground floor a small one-light window with iron bars. Further 3-light mullioned
window to rear with ovolo mouldings, hood mould and label stop. Interior: stone
flagged floors, chamfered beam with stepped stop. Open fireplace, with broach
stop bressumer. Attached to left, C19 outbuilding range with Early English
style doorways.
