Earlier C19 villa. Stucco, low pitched roof behind parapet and cornice
in centre, blocking course over cornice at sides. 2 storeys, 4 sashes
in reveals with glazing bars. Ground floor frieze with wreaths, cornice,
central 2 window bay with pairs of pilasters. Doric. Recessed wing on
right with open ground floor.
