SP 2864 NW 1/65 10.1.53.

C18 2 storey plus attic 2 window ashlar facade of local sandstone, High
proportioned openings have small bead-mould surround and key blocks. Sashes
in cased frames (possibly later alteration) have spaces at head of about
1'6" blocked with solid panels. Moulded cornice at eaves is much decayed.
Plain string band at sill first floor level; splayed plinth; rustications
to right hand quoins. Entrance on left hand side has 6-fielded-panelled
door with moulded wood architrave rectangular fanlight with plain glazing
bars. Good door hood having enriched cyma reversa moulding; large heavily
carved console brackets. Single, later, 3-light gabled dormer. New machine
tile roof. Door-hood and brackets now removed.
