Early C19, 3 storey 2 window stucco facade. Sashes with narrow cased frames
in plain reveals. To right hand side is 6-panel entrance door with semi-
circular fanlight, "rusticated" surround and simple moulded hood. Glazing
bars to windows. Cornice, Welsh slates. Plinth, pilasters. Similar design
to No 38.

Nos 30 to 52 (even) form a group.
