Early C19, 3 storey 4 window stucco facade. Sashes with narrow cased frames
in plain reveals. Glazing bars. Plain pilasters to quoins on left and
right hand sides. Entrance porch (left centre) with heavy "Doric" piers
and entablature 4-panel entrance door and good fanlight in semi-circular-
headed reveal. Plinth, pilasters, cornice, Welsh slated roof of low pitch.
Plinth flush with pilasters. Lower moulding of cornice breaks forward
over pilasters.
(Similar design to No 36).

Nos 30 to 52 (even) form a group.
