Early structure refronted early C18, refaced C19, 2 storey plus attic,
2 window stucco facade. Sashes in plain reveals with string band at ground
floor sill level. 6-flush-panel door with rectangular fanlight and architrave
on right hand side. Roof of old tiles in continuation of roof to No 52
(Bear and Baculus Public House) which abuts the left hand side. 2 gabled
dormers.

Nos 30 to 52 (even) form a group.
