Early C19, 3 storey 6 window stucco facade. Tonic pilasters at extremities
of first and second floors with entablature and parapet. Ground floor
has horizontal rustications with panelled projections at extremities under
pilasters. Slightly projecting entrance bay (off centre) has porch with
Greek Ionic columns and entablature, 5-panel door and rectangular fanlight.
Sashes have moulded architraves with the addition of pulvinated frieze
and cornice to those on first floor. Three sash windows to left hand side
of porch are probably facsimile additions.

All the listed buildings on the south side form a group.
