(There are no Nos 29 and 31). C17 2 storey building of square timber framing
with large twin gables of rather flat pitch. Modern oak door. Satisfactory
casements with leaded lights. Wide entry to right hand side, for drive
to the Boat Club, which has one 3-light window over with original leaded
lights. Old tile roof.

All the listed buildings in Mill Street (both sides) form a group.
