Originally the Bank of Dames, Tomes & Russell (later Tomes, Russell & Tomes),
established 1791. Ashlar house with modern wood cornice, machine tiled
roof. 2 storeys, slightly projecting centre, 3 windows, left hand ground
floor window set in countersunk panel. Wooden door frame with reeded jambs,
flat cornice brackets under blocked segmental fanlight. C19 shop front
on right.
