C18 2 storey plus attic building of colourwashed brickwork with rusticated
stone quoins. Small wood cornice at eaves enriched with egg-and-tongue
mould. Sashes in cased frames on upper floor. Carved keystones. Central
opening blocked up and has keystone carved with a head. Neo-Georgian shop
front for Leamington Spa Building Society. Tiled roof with gabled dormer.
