(Part of King's High School for Girls). Circa 1500, formerly 2 dwellings.
Timber frame, tiled roof. 2 storeys. Front has two small, flush gables
and gabled cross wing on left hand side, the latter being of heavy square
timber framing with diagonal bracing. Framing on right hand side is of
fairly close set studding. Plaster and roughcast infilling is mainly modern.
Plinth rebuilt in brickwork. C19 door and metal casements with diamond
shaped glazing bars.
