Circa 1770. Neo-Gothic. Ashlar. 2 storeys. The house immediately abuts
upon the rear of the Midland Bank. The garden elevation is of 3 bays,
the central occupied by a 3 storeyed 3-light angular bay, the whole embattled.
3 pointed windows, unbarred; the upper lights quatre-foiled with bars.
One pointed window each side. Bands. Pointed arched, entrance centre.
The west elevation has 2 windows with bars. Contains good original staircase
and doorcases.
