Abbey Farmhouse and Abbey House

Circa C18 red brick house now divided into two dwellings. Steeply pitched
plain tile roof with gabled ends. Brick eaves cornice. String band at first
floor level. Two storeys, four-window range. At ground floor, three 2-light
casements under segmental brick arches, the two to Abbey Farmhouse are of six
panes per light, while that to Abbey House is of three panes per light. Part
glazed door under segmental brick arch to Abbey Farmhouse. At first floor
four windows one of which has been blocked, three to Abbey Farmhouse and one to
Abbey House, two-light casements, six panes per light to Abbey Farmhouse, three
panes per light to Abbey House. Two brick ridge chimney stacks at gable ends.
Late C19 parallel range to rear.
