GV II

Small cottage. former groom's cottage. Circa early C18. Red brick. Steeply
pitched plain tile roof with brick parapet gable ends and brick dentil eaves.
One storey and attic. Rubbed brick arches to window openings. Plank door on
east elevation. C19 chimney stack at south end. Interior: chamfered and stop-
ended ceiling beam. Large arched oak lintel to fireplace.
