Circa C17 timber-framed cottage with adjoining C19 brick blacksmith's workshop.
The cottage has painted brick infill panels. Plinth. Steeply pitched shingle
roof with gabled ends. One storey and attic, two-window range. Modern plank
door and the 3-light casements. Two gabled dormers with casements. Two brick
ridge chimney stacks. The blacksmith's workshop is attached to right of
cottage. Painted brick front elevation. Slightly lower steeply pitched plain
tile roof with gabled ends. One storey and attic. Two pairs of wooden cart
doors. One gabled dormer with casements.
