Circa C17 timber-framed cottage with extensive later additions. The earlier
portion is of two storeys with steeply pitched plain tile roof with gabled
ends. Painted brick infill panels. At east gable a large sandstone chimney
stack with red brick shaft, projects from wall. Small timber-framed gabled
wing at west end at rear. The later additions are of C19 and C20 date.
Generally two storey painted brick with steeply pitched plain tile roofs with
gables.
