7/131 The Old Rectory

Circa 1840 red brick house with small late C19 addition to east. The earlier
portion has a low pitched slate roof with gabled ends and wide projecting eaves.
String band between ground and first floors. Three storeys with slightly
projecting gabled bay to west. Projecting porch with plaster pediment, cornice
and string band. In recessed reveal a 6-panel door with semicircular fanlight
with radiating glazing bars. Sashes with glazing bars, flat arches of rubbed
brick and cills. The later addition is of two storeys, red brick with pitched
slate roof.
