Circa 1850. Large stuccoed Italianate house. Low pitched hipped slate roof
with paved console brackets to eaves soffit. Rusticated quoins and moulded
stringcourse. Ground floor banded rustication. Two storeys. Entrance front
(north) 2:1:2 bays centre and left and right between windows break forward.
Right hand projecting wing. Sashes with glazing bars. First floor in moulded
architraves. Wide central portico with Ionic columns supporting entablature
with massive cornice. Panelled door, side lights and large rectangular fanlight
above. Interior retains some original features.
