CUBBINGTON Church Lane

Circa C17 timber-framed cottage range encased in later brick and render. Timber
framing exposed on facade of No 6. On sandstone foundations. Steeply pitched
plain tile roof with gabled ends. One storey and attic. Four modern doors
and six two-light casements. Modern lean-to enclosed porch to No 4, flat hood
to No 6, gabled open porch to No 8. Five gabled dormers at eaves level with
2-light casements. Four brick ridge chimney stacks. Later outshut at north
gable of No 2, rendered brick, hipped plain tile roof and 2-light casement.
