CUBBINGTON Welsh Road

Circa early C19, stuccoed brick house. Hipped slate roof. Eaves cornice with
mutules. Square on plan. Two storeys. Symmetrical facade with four giant
pilasters supporting entablature at eaves level. Central entrance door, six
panels, rectangular fanlight set in pilastered doorcase with pedimented hood.
To either side sashes and at first floor, three early C19 sashes with glazing
bars, in moulded architraves (one of the first floor windows is a dummy window).
Two brick chimney stacks.
